Rancang Bangun Automated Guided Vehicle Menggunakan Metode PID Zeigler Nichols

Automated Guided Vehicle (AGV) merupakan sebuah alat yang berfungsi untuk mendistribusikan barang dari suatu tempat ke lain. Penghubung antar station menggunakan jalur garis berwarna hitam. Robot AGV terdiri atas sensor infra merah sebagai umpan balik PID, mikrokontroler pengolah data serta menjalankan alogaritma PID dan motor DC aktuator. ini bisa diaktifkan smartphone memanfaatkan sinyal bluetooth. Untuk dapat membuat bergerak stabil, dengan cara penerapan kontrol salah satunnya mengimplementasikan metode Ziegler Nichols pada pencarian parameter robot AGV. Proses tuning diawali pemberian Kp = 0, kemudian ditingkatkan secara bertahap hinga didapat grafik respon berkesinambungan. Dari diberikan, menentukan besar nilai critical gain Kcr periode Pcr. Nilai Pcr digunakan mendapatkan Kp, Ki Kd sesuai aturan terdapat dalam Nhicols. Hasil pengujian Ziegler-Nichols didapatkan Kp= 7, Ki=1,5 Kd= 1. Dengan tersebut menjadi lebih baik mendekati set point.
